| 摘 要： | 海洋石油污染越来越严重、海洋生态危机加大，影响了海气系统的物质和能量的传递，破坏了海洋生物的多样性，制约了人类社会和环境的可持续发展．在分析江苏省海洋石油污染的现状、成因和危害的基础上，提出了重点从人们环境素质、法律制度、治理技术和监测预警等人文因素方面入手，减少和治理海洋石油污染，实现江苏海洋的可持续发展．

| Abstract: | Oil pollution has occurred more and more frequently as a result of physical causes and human activities recently with increase in disaster-affected area and loss, which has done great harm to the sustainable development of the sea. This paper discusses the serious consequences and causes of marine oil pollution and gives some advice on resolving the problem with humanistic approaches. We must control the sources of waste oil and spilled oil and pay more attention to the effects of environmental diathesis, international laws,technology and the oil pollution forecast. |
