一种特殊三维层叠应力杂交元模型研究

摘    要:在原有高精度三维层叠应力杂交元模型基础上,针对铺层不连续复合材料结构进行分析,引入锲体子层单元来模拟铺层间断处基体过渡段,建立起新型端面节点数不同的层叠杂交元模型,该模型继承了原来层叠杂交元所具有的层间应力连续性,能在结构整体计算时兼顾局部应力集中影响的特点,同时直接将层叠应力杂交元的应用扩展到铺层不连续复合材料结构的层裂效应计算.数值计算结果表明,该模型具有很好的收敛性,计算精度较高,适合工程计算应用,具有一定的理论研究和实用价值

Abstract:The discontinuous laminated composite structure is analyzed based on an existing accurate 3 D laminated hybrid stress element model. The sphenoidal sublayer element is introduced to simulate the transitional part of the matrix in the discontinuous regions. A new laminated hybrid element model with different numbers of nodes at both ends is developed. The continuity of interlaminar stress remains as it is in the existing laminated hybrid element. However, it is able to take care of the local concentration during global structure analysis and delamination effect calculation. The results of numerical computation show that the model is good in convergence and more accurate in computation.
