| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计法，对湖北省10所普通高校1200名大学生的体育生活方式进行了分析研究，内容涉及现在大学生从事体育活动的动机、态度、习惯及体育消费等方面。并针对大学生体育生活方式所存在的问题，提出相关的建议。

| Abstract: | By consulting literture, surveying questingnaires, visiting experts and applying mathematical statistics, 1200college students at universities in Hubei on sports mode were analyzed and stuied . It relates to theres＇ motioves, contents, time, and space of taking parting in athletiic activities , absorbing and influence of atheletic information and so on,This paper puts forwds some suggestions in the light of the priblems existing in the students＇ sports mode. |
