| 摘 要： | 设计10种合成培养基,用常见的佛罗里达菇P 13菌株分别接种于10种固体和液体培养基中试验研究。通过对菌株在固体培养基中菌丝生长情况以及在液体培养基中培养收集所得菌丝干重进行比较,试验结果表明,1号,5号,10号培养基是适合平菇菌丝体生长的培养基。

| Abstract: | Florida Pleurotus ostreatu-P13 strains was inoculated in 10 different kinds of solid and liquid medium to screen the proper medium for the culture of Pleurotus ostreatus.The dry matter weight of mycelium was obtained and compared.The results showed that medium No.1,No.5 and No 10 were suitable to the culture of mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus. |
