单元机组协调系统的非线性PID控制

摘    要:协调系统的性能直接影响单元机组运行的安全性和经济性。设计有效的火电单元机组机炉协调控制系统是提高热工自动化水平的关键。首先介绍受控对象的数学模型及其简化的前提,然后采用双输入双输出(TITO)非线性PID控制器的设计方法,应用于火电单元机组的机炉协调控制中,获得相应的控制系统。利用Simulink工具箱中的NCD模块优化非线性PID控制器参数。通过仿真对比试验,显示了该控制系统具有优良的动态性能,以及较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。

Abstract:The performance of the boiler-turbine control system has great impact on the safety and economy of a power unit.In order to improve the automation in thermal engineering,it's a key problem to design an effective coordinated control system for boiler turbine unit.The mathematical model and the premise for its simplification was introduced first.A design methodology was developed for nonlinear PID controllers in coordinated boiler turbine control systems.The parameters of nonlinear PID controller are optimized using NCD module in Simulink toolbox.Simulation results illustrated the dynamic Performance,the disturbance rejection and the robustness of the control system.
