| 摘 要： | 根据工程实际,将锚杆静压桩与其它技术联合使用,以达到安全、经济的效果.结合中山大学某独立学院宿舍楼群基础加固实例,分析探讨了锚杆静压桩工作、沉桩机理和设计参数的取值方法,介绍了锚杆静压桩承台与夹墙梁三种不同的连接方式及主要的施工工序.加固过程中对埋设点累计沉降进行观测,结果表明:加固初期至完成前,测点累计沉降继续发展,沉降速率呈递减趋势;加固完成后,测点累计沉降趋于稳定,倾斜率满足规范要求.加固方案对基础沉降发展起到了良好的控制作用.
