| 摘 要： | 成人教育管理队伍是高等学校一支重要的管理科研力量,其素质的高低将直接影响成人教育的教学质量和管理水平,各普通高校成人教育管理队伍整体素质已不适应当前新形势下成人教育事业发展的需要,存在明显不足。因此,必须充分认识到成人教育管理队伍的重要性,加强成人教育管理队伍建设,从而提升成人教育管理队伍整体素质。
