摘    要:在弹塑性有限变形理论的基础上,应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对 角 孔件的变形进行了模拟。该分析软件蜞于Newton-Raphson法的迭代过程,用一系列近似宵渐收敛于实际的非线性解。

Abstract:The deformation characteristics are complicated in 3-roll rolling process. The deformation ofthe workpiece in round-flat pass was simulated with the general FEM software package ANSYS, on the basisof the elastic-plastic deformation theory. The Newton-Raphson method is used to the actual nonlinear result.In order to verify the finite element simulation, the same deformation process was experimentally investigatedwith the visual-plasticity aPProach. In the experiment the digital control technology and the laser marking system were used to make the grids, the microscope to enlarge the grids and the computer image analysis systemto read the original data automatically. The FEM results agree with the experiment well.
