| 摘 要： | 汽车发动机齿轮系统所引起的噪声,成为发动机噪声的主要来源之一。降低噪声的途径之一是采用降噪齿轮,即将阻尼环嵌入齿轮轮缘内侧的槽内,用以衰减齿轮的振动,从而降低齿轮噪声。本文对采用了降噪齿轮的某越野车发动机噪声进行了实测,测试结果表明,采用降噪齿轮后,发动机噪声在一定程度上降低了。

| Abstract: | Noise,induced by timing gears of auto engine,turn out to be one of the main sources of engine noise.One way to decrease the noise is to exploit the noise decreasing gear embedded with a damping loop in its inner brink to weaken vibration of the gears and thereupon reduce the noise level.In this paper,a measurement has been made of the noise of a certain go-anywhere vehicle engine with noise-decreasing gears.The result shows that the noise level has been decrease to a certain extent. |
