新型三氮唑吡啶盐负载的脯氨酸手性离子液体的合成和表征

摘    要:以脯氨酸和吡啶为起始原料,经多步中间体合成了新型三氮唑吡啶盐负载的脯氨酸手性离子液体,并对各中间体与目标化合物的结构进行了核磁共振、元素分析、高分辨质谱和熔点测定的表征.实验结果表明,各中间体及最终产物的产率为71%~88%.

Abstract:Pyrrolidine-based chiral triazole pyridinium ionic liquid has been synthesized with proline and pyridine as original reactants through polystep reactions, and the reaction product has been characterized by ^1H-NMR analysis, elementary analyses, HRMS analysis, and melting point test. The yields of the related intermediates and the target product are 71%-88%.
