| 摘 要： | 研究不同因素对读者满意度与忠诚的影响程度及其相互间的因果关系意义重大。利用结构方程模型构建了图书馆读者满意度模型,并借助软件AMOS进行了实证分析,证实该模型有较好的拟合度。

| Abstract: | It is very important to research the influence of different factors on readers'satisfaction and royalty and the cause-and-effect relationship among these factors. By using the structural equation model,this paper constructs the library readers'satisfaction model,and makes the empirical study with the software AMO,and verifies that this model has better fitting degree. |
