激光光斑及束腰光斑尺寸的测量研究

摘    要:激光光斑尺寸和激光束腰光斑尺寸是标志激光器性能的重要参数,也是激光器在应用中的重要参量。用CCD作为探测传感器,可以更精确地测出激光器的光斑尺寸和束腰光斑尺寸,克服了传统测量的繁杂过程,并用计算机控制及数据处理,测量精度由原来的10μm提高到2μm,为激光器性能研究和光信息处理提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:A new method of measuring light spot size of laser and beam waist by using a charge coupled device(CCD)is described These parameters are important for laser devices This method not only is easier but also has higher precision than the traditional method The measurement can be finished automatically and the measurement results can be printed out by a computer The method is useful for studying the performance of a laser and for processing optical information
