磨加纳米二氧化硅提高铸铁搪瓷耐酸化学稳定性研究

摘    要:通过磨加方法,将纳米二氧化硅引入到铸铁搪瓷釉中,在不改变铸铁搪瓷釉工艺性能的条件下,提高铸铁搪瓷的耐酸化学稳定性。研究结果表明,磨加一定量纳米二氧化硅到铸铁搪瓷釉中,不仅可以显著提高铸铁搪瓷的耐酸化学稳定性,而且工艺性能也相当优良。

Abstract:The acid resistance of cast iron enamel has been increased by milling addition of SiO2 nano-powder into the enamel without changing the cast iron enameling technology.The results show that by milling addition of small amount of SiO2 nano-powder into the enamel,not only the acid resistance of cast iron enamel has been improved,but also the enameling technology is very good.
