单粒稻米直链淀粉含量的测定方法

摘    要:本文介绍了测定单粒稻米直链淀粉含量的方法。并用此方法测定农垦58、CP231、IR26和BG90-2精米的直链淀粉含量,结果与IRRI的简化法测定结果相同。取相同米粒部位的样品进行分析,重复测定值的平均标准误差为±0.21%,最大标准误差为±0.95%。此外,讨论了单粒法在稻米品质遗传育种研究中的实际意义。

Abstract:This paper describes a procedure for the determination of amylose content in a single rice grain (Single-grain Method). The amylose content of grains from 4 rice varieties (Nonkeng 58, CP231, IR26 and BG90-2) was analyzed according to this protocol. The results were close to that of the simplified Amylose - content - determination Method of IRRI, While the same parts of grain samples were analyzed, the standard mean error of repeated measurement values is +0. 21% and the largest standard error is +0. 95%. Besides, the practial uses of the method in the genetics and breeding of rice grain quality were discussed.
