褐藻胶寡糖对高粱种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:褐藻胶寡糖(Alginate-Derived Oligosaccharide,ADO),作为信号分子参与植物的许多生长发育调控活动。褐藻胶寡糖在促进植物生长等方面的研究已引起了人们的广泛关注。用不同浓度褐藻胶寡糖处理高粱种子,研究褐藻胶寡糖对高粱种子萌发及幼苗生理活性的影响。结果表明:较低浓度的褐藻胶寡糖均能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长;能够促进高粱叶片合成叶绿素;能够提高根系活力;不同褐藻胶寡糖浓度对高粱种子α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活性影响不同。0.0625%浓度的褐藻胶寡糖浸种处理对于提高根系活力、提高幼苗叶绿素含量影响最明显;0.125%浓度的褐藻胶寡糖浸种处理有利于提高高粱幼苗发芽率、淀粉酶活力,苗高和根长也表现出最大优势。表明低浓度的褐藻胶寡糖有利于提高植物幼苗的抗性。研究为褐藻胶寡糖在农业生产应用等方面提供一定的科学依据。
