基于智慧3S技术的城市工程作业车辆监控系统

摘    要:为了适应城市发展的需要,亟需加强对城市工程作业车辆的可视化管理与指挥调度,提高市政工程施工的指挥调度能力,保障城市道路交通通行条件.基于智慧3S技术为市政工程车辆的监控、调度和管理提供了必要的技术手段.采用3G移动通讯技术、GPS全球卫星定位技术、GIS技术建立综合指挥中心,实现对车辆规范化和可视化指挥与调度.

Abstract:To meet the needs of urban development,it is necessary to strengthen the city engineering work management and visualization of vehicle dispatching and improve dispatching of municipal engineering construction capability,protection of urban road traffic conditions.In this paper,intelligent 3Sterminal based monitoring system of public works vehicles is presented to provide scheduling and management provides the necessary technical means.3G,GPS and GIS technology is adopted in the system to create a control center,command and control of vehicle standardization and visualization.
