| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the conception of the assets managemen t and the building owner, and through the analysis on the present situation of o ur country's assets management, puts forward some measures for solving and avoid ing the disputes of the assets management such as strengthening the education fo r the building owners, perfecting the legal construction, strengthening the supe rvision function of the government, paying attention to the construction of the assets management enterprises themselves. |
