Chance and Challenge for Universities to Constitute Higher Level Track and Field Team

With the development of economy and society, we must choose a right way to accelerate development of sports. With the research and experiment in many years and the change of real circumstance, the condition of university or college to constitute high level track and field sport team grow up gradually, it have become the tendency of development of our athletics supplement. Basing on the change, this paper discussed the work of athletics of our country's university. We conclude that the work of athletics of our country's university has a good development opportunity, at the same time, we also confront much challenge. The education of athletics supplement of university must be in favor of the welled-circulation of our athlete resource.
