| 摘 要： | 从素质教育的本质、内容以及教学社会学角度审视，中共党史教育全方位体现了素质教育的内容。因而要把党史教育立足于素质教育和其本身功能的基础上，在中共党史教育中贯彻素质教育，一方面积极普及中共党史教育，努力提高全民的思想政治道德素质，为中国特色社会主义建设提供精神动力和智力支持；另一方面注重专业素质培养，让教育者先受教育，大力培养中共党史教育之“才”。这样，才能更好地促进中共党史教育的发展，加快中共党史社会功能的转化，为素质教育和社会主义现代化建设作出新贡献。
