水溶性有机还原性物质的伏安行为及其演变特征

摘    要:以固体电极示差脉冲伏安法对水溶性有机还原性物质的伏安行为及其演变特征作了探讨。结果表明:绿肥(紫云英)嫌气培养生成的水溶性有机还原性物质主要形成峰电位分别为384mV和943mV(vs.饱和Ag/AgCl电极)的两类氧化峰,前一类具强还原性,后一类具弱还原性,且二类氧化峰的伏安行为有随时间发生快速演变的特征。与紫云英相比,稻草嫌气培养生成的水溶性有机还原性物质氧化峰较丰富,峰电位相对较高,伏安行为随时间变化相对较为稳定,表明稻草水溶性有机还原性物质还原基团种类较为丰富,还原活性相对较低但活性保持较为稳定的特点。

Abstract:A study is carried out on the voltammetric behavior of water soluble organic reducing substances and its evolution characteristics by using the solid electrode differential voltammetric method. Results showed that: water soluble organic reduced substances induced from anaerobic incubation of \%Astragallus\% could produce two oxidation peaks with the peak potential of 384 mV and 943mV( vs. saturated Ag/AgCl electrode). The former peak was strongly reduced,the latter one was weakly reduced. The voltammetric behavior varied vigorously with time. Compared with Astragallus, the water soluble organic reducing substances induced from anaerobic incubation of paddy straw could produce more oxidation peaks, the peak potentials were also relatively higher, the voltammetric behavior was more stable with the time as well, The present study demostrated that the variety of reducing group of the water soluble organic reducing substances induced from anaerobic incubation of paddy straw was much afluent, but reducing activity of which was relatively low and stable.
