| 摘 要： | 从学生实际出发,根据＂竞技体育教材化＂的理论,对中国式摔跤的教学内容和教学方法等进行了研究.结果表明：中国式摔跤引入高校体育教学时应进行必要的教材化加工.在具体教学实施中,应注意发掘其多种教育功能,把基本功与技术动作学习有机地结合起来,同时应强化礼节规范教育和安全意识的培养.

| Abstract: | Based upon current college students, according to teaching materialization of sports theory, I have studied and researched traditional Chinese wresding teaching and methodology. The result shows that to bring traditional Chinese wrestling into the college＇s physical education its curriculum need be processed. During its practice teaching, we should pay more attention to develop its relevant functions for P.E. as well, to combine its basic moves and high skills together. And also the unique Chinese wrestling etiquettes should be cultivated and its safeties need be aware of. |
