摘    要:本文研究茉莉酸甲酯对绿豆下胚轴插条生根的效应.将下胚轴基部浸在不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯溶液中24小时,然后砂培发根.结果得知,10~(-8)-10~(-5)mol/L茉莉酸甲酯对绿豆下胚轴产生不定根数无显著影响,但促进根干重增加.10~(-5)-10~(-3)mol/L茉莉酸甲酯显著增加不定根数,但根干重不再增加.因此,低浓度茉莉酸甲酯促进不定根的生长,高浓度茉莉酸甲酯促进不定根的分化.1O~(-8)mol/L茉莉酸甲酯是插条生根的较好浓度.

Abstract:Hypocotyl cuttings of mung bean ( Phaseolus aureus ) were treated with various concentration of methyl jasmonate ( JA-ME ) solution. The treatment of 10-8-10-5 mol/L JA-ME solution causes no significant change in the number of adventitious root per plant but remarkably increases the root dry weight per plant. On the contrary, the treatment of 10-6-10-3 mol/L JA-ME solution enhances the number of adventitious root but shows no more increase in root dry weight. Therefore, the growth of adventitious root is promoted by JA-ME solution at low concentration and the differentiation of adventitious root is stimulated by this compound at high concentration.
