| 摘 要： | 将一类较为复杂的非线性目标函数化成近似等效的线性目标函数,从而用线性拟合方法求得了完全互溶双液体系的气—液平衡t-x关系式.利用t-x关系式可确定任意浓度溶液的沸点、平衡气相的组成以及体系的恒沸点与恒沸物组成.将t-x关系式输入计算机,可代替相图,用于精馏工艺的研究与设计,这将有利于提高精馏工艺的自动化水平.本文对目标函数的选择及处理方法,对其它问题的拟合计算也有一定参考价值.

| Abstract: | In this paper, a series of complex nonlinearity target function are approximate to linearity function,and the t-x formula under the gas-liquid equilibrium of compatible liquid-liquid system can be got from these linearity functions. The boiling point of the liqiud of arbitrary concentration. build-up of equilibrious gas phase, system constant boiling point and the build-up of the constant boiling mixture can bc got from the t-x formula. It can substitute the phase diagram in the research and designation of rectification, which contribute to the automatization of rectification. The selection method of target function in the paper can also be used for reference in similar problem. |
