摘    要:带有大时滞的单容过程是常见的工业过程,也是较难控制的一类过程。本文针对大时滞的单容过程,采用内模预测控制系统结构,给出了在希望的幅值和相角裕量下PI控制器参数的整定方法。设计例子与仿真结果表明:根据该方法整定的系统有比较理想的稳定性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:First order plus large dead time systems are commonly encountered in industry. It is quite difficult to control them. In this paper, internal model predictive control(IMPC) system structure is adopted for them and controller tuning method is presented based on gain and phase margin. Design instances and simulation results show that the systems designed with the proposed method have good stability and robustness.
