| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化发展进程的加快，高校毕业生就业形势严峻程度有所加剧，大学生就业问题已成为社会的焦点问题之一，引起了党和政府的高度重视和学校及家长的深切关注。是什么因素阻碍着大学生就业渠道畅通，在严峻形势下高校就业指导部门该怎么做，本文作了一些初步探讨。
