汽车驾驶员个性特征的比较研究

本研究采用《卡特尔十六种个性因素量表》(1988年)和《明尼苏达多相个性调查表》(1982年)对南昌市94名驾驶员进行了测定,研究结果表明:(1)无事故驾驶员的个性特征是独立性高、乐群性低、社会责任感强、外显性焦虑低、防御心理强。(2)与常模相比,无事故驾驶员的稳定性高、有恒性高、世故性高、忧虑性低、紧张性低。(3)两组驾驶员的聪慧性都低于常模,但并无异常的心理疾病。(4)文化程度、出生顺序和父母职业对驾驶员的事故率都有一定的影响。

A Comparative Study on Driver Personality Characteristics

Ninety four motor drivers in Nanchang are tested and assested by means of "Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Qusetionaire" and "Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory". The results are: (1) The nonaccident drivers show Q_2(high), A(low), Re(high), Mas(low). and L(high); (2)Compared with the norm, nonaacident drivers posses G(high). C(high), N(high). O(luw) and Q_1(low): (3)All the drivers B is much lower than the norm, no psychological disorders are found among the sampled drivers. (4)Educational level, birth order and parent occupation have influences on the accident rate.
