通过对太原市2003年以来专利发展状况的概括总结和对专利资助与成果转化方面开展的具体措施的分析,总结出促进太原市专利申请及成果转化的途径以及在今后的知识产权工作中应具体采取的一些措施.为鼓励和调动企事业单位及个人发明创造的积极性,提高技术创新和专利保护水平,推动企业技术成果知识产权化和拥有自主知识产权的技术成果产业化,提供有力的依据.

Research on Promoting Patent Application and Commercialization of Research Findings

Through summarizing the status quo of patent application development since 2003 and analyzing the specific measures on patent application grant and commercialization of research findings,we summarized the ways of patent applica-tion and commercialization of research findings,also proposed some specific countermeasures on the patent application work in the future.In order to encourage and mobilize the innovation of enterprises,institutions,and individual,promote the tech-nology innovation and patent protection work,push forward the work of turning research findings to intellectual property and commercializing of research findings,we provided some important bases.
