错层阳台之“利”与“弊”

受＂90/70新政＂及容积率的限制,小户型住宅设计被广泛重视。以影响因素之一——＂阳台＂的变化作为切入点,重点研究错层阳台对住宅设计的影响。错层阳台较之传统阳台有很多优势,但在投入使用后出现了一些需要解决的问题。通过对错层阳台利与弊的分析,建议设计人员从居住者的角度进行改善与调整,同时呼吁人们对创新理念与事物的宽容精神。

The "Advantage" and "Disadvantage" of split-level balcony

Design of small-sized dwelling unit is received extensive attention under the influence of limitation of ＂90/70 new -policy＂ and Plot Ratio. We mainly study split-level balcony＇s impact upon housing design based on breakthrough point of the changing ＂balcony＂. Comparing with traditional balcony, we can find many advantages of Split-level balcony. However, some problems are emerged and need to be solved after split-level balcony putting into use.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of split- level balcony, we suggest that some improvements and adjustments should be made from the perspective of dwellers. Meantime, we appeal for all to maintain tolerant spirit on innovative ideas and things.
