基于自调整模糊控制的温度继电器自动检定系统

摘    要:文章在分析了测试环境和被测对象基础上,提出了将开关控制和自调整模糊控制相结合方法来组建温度控制器,并较为详细地给出了自调整模糊控制的算法。该控制器应用于温度继电器自动检定系统,可以提高升降温速度,另外使所设计的温度控制器适合于不同的测试环境,测试结果表明控制器满足设计要求。

Abstract:The method of combining on-off control with self-adjusting fuzzy control is proposed to build a temperature controller based on the analysis of the testing condition and the tested object,and the algorithm of self-adjusting fuzzy control is given in detail. The controller is applied in the automatic measuring system of the temperature relay,then the measuring process is shortened. The designed temperature controller can be used in various testing condition. The test results show that the presented controller can meet the design requirement.
