| 摘 要： | 索赔是国际承包工程中经常发生的一种经济现象。如果一个承包商不善于利用这一手段来保护自己的利益，就会在经济上吃大亏。在分析了索赔形成的原因基础上，给出了索赔分析的程序，提出了索赔管理的原则。
