南太白山社区发展案例研究

根据林业、环保、保护区和世界自然基金会(WWF)在秦岭地区开展的保护项目,引入了非传统保护部门如乡镇政府,取得了一些宝贵的经验．进而以案例的形式,在全面分析南太白山社区滚动发展项目的设计、管理、控制、评估过程,分析非传统保护部门的特点和地缘特点的基础上,提出社区滚动发展项目的思路和借鉴,为今后类似项目提供指导和政策支持．

South Taibai Mountain sustainable community development

In recent years, NGO has become one of the major forces to promote the nature conservation. But their projects mainly rely on the cooperation with traditional partners, like forestry department, environment protection bureau and nature reserve. WWF had some experiments in cooperating with non-traditional partners such as township governments in its Qinling focal project and accumulated valuable experiences. In this case study report, the experiences of the project are concluded for future project design with the complete analysis on the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of South Taibai Mountain sustainable community development and on the characteristic of non-traditional conservation partners.
