摘    要:研究了聚四氢呋喃废水中主要污染成分(糠醛、呋喃和四氢呋喃)被活性炭吸附的过程。分别从3种污染物的分子结构角度解释了去除效果的差别;并讨论了影响废水中有机物去除效果的主要因素。通过对试验数据的分析,确定了活性炭对三种主要污染成分的吸附为准二级动力学过程。以气相色谱法为检测手段,不同于传统的研究有机废水以COD为检测指标,有针对性地对高含量污染组分进行研究,研究结果对于研究含有糠醛、呋喃和四氢呋喃的有机废水,以及含有与这3个污染物相似结构的污染成分的有机废水具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper researched the active carbon adsorption process of the main pollute constituent(furfural, furan and tetrahydrofuran) in polytetrahydrofuran waste water. This paper explained the difference in the adsorption effect according to the molecular structure of the three pollutants and discussed the principal factors which affects the adsorption effect of the organics in waste water. By analysing the experiment data, the paper confirmed that the active carbon adsorption of the three main pollutants is a quasi secondary kinetic process. Detecting by gas chromatographic method is different from the traditional study of waste water which detects the COD as index, and a targeted study of high content pollute constituent can be conducted. The study result has a certain reference value to the study of the organic waste water containing furfural, furan, tetrahydrofuran and the pollute constituents of the similar structure with the three pollutants.
