摘    要:根据某种GPRS通信中信道分配的要求,分析了动态信道的变化规律为一马尔柯夫调制定长过程(MMDP):建立了D/MMDP/1/K排队模型;导出了一个相关马尔柯夫链的极限概率满足的方程;并求得了在线用户及Pcu桶中PDU个数的稳态概率分布.在此基础上,给出了PDU流控设计中选取经济合理的PCU桶容量K的具体操作方法。

Abstract:A new approach is proposed to estimate the PCU buffer size in a certain kind of GPRS mobile communication system.Markov Modulated Deterministic Process(MMDP) is used for modeling the changing regularity of dynamic channel and D/MMDP/1/K Queueing System for the process of PDUs' leaking from Gateway Support Node (GSN) with steady speed to Mobile Station(MS) under control of PCU.A limiting probability can be calculated numerically,and then two useful probabilities can be done as well.Some figures are also included to illustrate usefulness of the numerical results for determining the size of PCU buffer.
