| 摘 要： | 通过引入带参数λ（A≠0）的非齐次核函数建立了一种新的Hilbert型积分不等式，证明了用Catalan常数来表示的系数因子是最佳的，列举了若干重要的特殊结果．作为应用，建立了一个Hardy型积分不等式．

| Abstract: | A new Hilbert type integral inequality can be established by introducing a non-homogeneous kernel function with parameter λ （A ≠0）. And the coefficient factor expressed by the Catalan constant is proved to be the best possible. And then some especial results are enumerated. As an application, a Hardy-type integral inequality is built. |
