摘    要:目的分析不孕症患者子宫输卵管造影时对比剂逆流的X线征象,探讨其临床意义.方法总结37例子宫输卵管造影有逆流征象病例的X线征象,与临床病史资料进行对照.病例临床诊断均为不孕症患者,对比剂使用76%的复方泛影葡胺注射液或碘海醇注射液.结果所有病例中血管性逆流9例(24.3%),间质性逆流13例(35.1%),混合性逆流15...

Abstract:Objective To analyze X-ray sign of the contrast agent reflux during hysterosalpingography in patients with infertility and discuss the clinical significance.Methods X-ray sign of the contrast agent reflux during hysterosalpingography in 37 cases were summarized and compared with those documented in clinical history data.All the cases were diagnosed as infertility in clinic and the contrast agent was 76% compound meglumine diatrizoate injection or iohexol injection.Results There were 9 cases of vascular reflux(24.3%),13 cases of interstitial reflux(35.1%)and 15 cases of mixed reflux(40.5%) in all the patients.The results of the curettage and diagnosis showed that 3 cases of endometrial tuberculosis,2 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 28 cases of inflammatory lesions were determined,and 4 cases of patients were abnormal.Conclusion The reflux sign during the hysterosalpingography can provide an important evidence for the diagnosis of endometrial lesions and has an important clinical value.
