致密岩性油藏射孔工艺优选实验研究

摘    要:南泥湾地区储集层主要为延长组长4+5、长6,储层岩性为致密砂岩,且具有低压低渗的特点。为了提高射孔的效率,应采用高性能射孔枪弹进行穿透射孔。本文通过大量现场实验,分析孔深、孔径、孔密、相位角等射孔参数对产率比的影响,从而优选出最佳孔深、孔径、孔密、相位角,并在此基础上,优选射孔枪弹,优化射孔参数组合,最终为致密岩性油藏提出合理的射孔工艺。

Abstract:The main reservoir of Nanniwan area is C4+5 and C6,reservoir lithology belongs to tight sandstone and its main characteristic is low-pressure and low-permeability.For more efficient perforation,high-performance bullets should be applied.Through analyzing the productivity ratio under different perforation parameters based on abundant field experiments such as hole depth,hole diameter,hole density and phase angle,this paper provides the best parameters mentioned above,moreover optimizes perforation bullets and perforation parameters,finally proposes a rational perforation craft for tight lithologic reservoir.
