超声介导下不同浓度声诺维影响人脐静脉血管内皮细胞凋亡及活性的体外实验研究

摘    要:为了探讨超声介导不同浓度微泡造影剂(MBCA) -声诺维(SonoVue)对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)凋亡及活性的影响.应用Annexin-v-FITC和PI双标记细胞凋亡检测试剂盒检测不同浓度SonoVue对HUVEC凋亡及活性的影响.结果在超声介导下,随着SonoVue浓度的增加,活细胞数呈减少趋势,早期凋亡、晚期凋亡和坏死细胞数呈增加趋势.超声介导下(超声能量一定时)不同浓度SonoVue对HUVEC有着不同的影响.
