| Abstract: | It is popular to think the heredity of animal mtDNA as the strict maternal heredity type, and the analysis of mtDNA is used widely as a taxonomy tool in the research of animal evolution. This paper introduces the main feature of animals mitochodrion, the structure characteristics and polymorphism of mtDNA. At last, the paper introduces the application of polymorphism of animal mtDNA in the fishery ecology. |
