极近距离煤层采空区下顺槽巷道掘进技术

摘    要:针对四台矿404盘区10^#层与11^#层属极近距离煤层,10^#层已采空,掘进11^#层5423顺槽穿越采空区时,压力显现明显,掘进非常困难的状况,通过采取一系列的先进施工工艺,顺利地实现了巷道的掘进,总结出了一套完整的极近距离煤层顺槽巷道掘进方法。

Abstract:In the light of the situation that the 10# coal seam and 11# coal seam of 404 panel in Sitai Coal Mine belong to the extremely-short-distance coal seam, the 10# coal seam has been worked out, and the tunneling of 11# coal seam's 5423 crossheading through the worked-out section is very difficult because of the obvious pressure, by adopting a series of advanced tunneling methods, the tunneling works have been smoothly completed, and a series of the crossheading techniques under the worked-out section of the extremely-short-distance coal seam have been summed up.
