苯基羟胺及N-酰基衍生物的合成与表征

摘    要:以硝基苯为原料在弱酸性条件下,利用锌粉还原合成苯基羟胺,讨论了反应温度对产物得率的影响;在酰卤试剂作用下生成N-酰化苯基羟胺,并用FTIR和^1H-NMR表征合成产物苯基羟胺及其衍生物。

Abstract:N_Hydroxybenzenamine was synthesized by reducing nitrobenzene using Zn under weak acidic conditions. The influence of temperature on the yield of the products was discussed. The products synthesized were characterized by FTIR and 1 H_NMR spectroscopy. N_acetyl_hydroxybenzenamine and N_benzoylhydroxybenzenamine were synthesized by the reaction of hydroxybenzenamine with acetyl chloride and benzoyl chloride respectively.
