基于DEFORM-3D的干涉配合铆接仿真研究

摘    要:通过借助有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3D建立平锥头铆钉的沉墩头型干涉配合铆接模型,模拟单个铆钉的干涉配合铆接动态过程,测量在不同钉孔工艺参数下沿钉孔轴向方向上各测量点的径向位移,计算出铆钉与钉孔之间的相对干涉量.通过分析干涉量对铆接件疲劳寿命性能的影响,得到合理的干涉配合铆接钉孔工艺参数,并得到直径为5mm的平锥头铆钉干涉配合所需要的精确铆接力,为实际的工艺试验验证和生产工作提供可靠的理论数据.

Abstract:Interference-fit riveting can exponentially increase the fatigue life of the structure. The key to the Interference-fit riveting technology is to obtain a reasonable amount of interference. The aperture is one of the important parameters influence the amount of interference. By using finite element analysis simulation software DEFORM-3D to establish riveting models of the countersunk head interference-fit riveting for flat cone head rivets. Simulated the single rivet interference-fit riveting dynamic process. Measured the radial displacement of the measuring points along the axial direction of the nail holes with different parameters, and calculated the relative amount of interference between the rivets and rivet holes. By analyzing the effect of the interference amount on the fatigue life of the structure to get a reasonable aperture process parameters and acquired the accurate riveting force of the 5mm diameter flat cone head rivets. This way provides reliable dates for the actual process test validation and actual production.
