Manufacture and Application of a Lever Fatigue Test Device

This paper describes the structure and design principle of a self-made lever fatiguctest device and its function. Its main features are as follows: some parts of the three-point bending sample fatigue test device are modified; the continuous loading adjustment may enlarge the loading range; the loading accuracy is improved; the strength, rigidity and stability of the device structure are increased. This device can offer the desired crack duc to fatigue for the experiment of fracture mechanics.
