| 摘 要： | 素质教育提出了一种全新的人才培养观念，而素质教育的最终落实关键还在于教师。就教师的基本素质而言，必须具备相应的教育素质。但从目前高校教师的培养、任用等过程中可以看到：比较忽视教师的教育方面的素质。为改变这种现象，本提出了几点想法。

| Abstract: | Quality teaching put forward a completely new view of training talent. Teachers are the key of carrying out quality teaching. As far as the teachers' basic quality, they must have certain ability with education quality. But we may see from the whole course of teacher's training, appointing etc, it has existed appearance in overlooking the teachers' education quality. In order to change this circumstance, the article advances some opinions. |
