摘    要:为了实现对螺旋轴中频淬火,对螺旋轴进行运动分析,提出用三轴两联动机床对其进行中频淬火的方法;在对伺服系统研究的基础上,采用计算机数控、步进电机、滚珠丝杠和能量控制器等技术,有效解决了复杂淬火工艺下的运动精度和能量控制问题,研制出具有功能性强、配套性好的螺旋轴中频淬火机床.该机床操作维修方便、高效节能且淬火质量稳定,若对工装条件稍加改动又能对直线型、盘类等工件进行中频淬火,既节约成本,又提高设备利用率.
