论主权财富基金对世界经济的影响及其监管

发达国家对主权财富基金有错误的认识,使新兴经济体主权财富基金在其国内的投资环境发生新的变化,不利于国际经济的发展,而主权财富基金的日益增长也使发达国家对其的注意力度增加,发达国家开始呼吁增加对其的监管。研究表明：对主权财富基金监管是必要的,中国的主权财富基金监管模式应从两方面着手,一方面在适应其外部监管过程中重在参与;另一方面中投公司还要进一步优化内部监管模式。

The Influence and Monitoring of Sovereignty Wealth Funds on World Economy

The misunderstanding of sovereignty wealth funds by developed countries has resulted in the change of investment environment for the sovereignty wealth fund of emerging economies. Such change is not favorable for the development of international economy. On the other hand the growing sovereignty wealth fund forces the developed countries to pay more attention so they start to call on to monitor such fund. Research shows that it is necessary to monitor sovereignty wealth fund. China can establish its monitoring mode in two ways： first involve itself in the external monitoring; and second China Investment Corporation needs to further strengthen its internal monitoring.
