| Abstract: | By the techique of differential pulse polarography and second derivative, in MeOH-Bu_4 NH_4 I supportingelectrolyte, we can determined the hypnotic drag-triazolam, in the range of concentration of triazolam from 40ppb to 26ppm, the peak current are direct proportional to the concantration. The limit of determination was 20ppb, the recoveryratio in blood was 95%. This method was quick and easy. |
