IC反应器启动过程中酸化问题的研究

摘    要:以某企业的酒精和淀粉生产废水为研究对象,分析导致IC反应器内酸化的原因,并对IC反应器内酸化后的恢复措施进行了探讨.结果表明,反应器内酸化后表现为:COD去除率下降、pH值下降、VFA值升高、产气率减少,采用间歇进入清水洗出反应器内大量的挥发酸的办法,可使酸化后的反应器快速恢复.

Abstract:The alcohol and production wastewater in a certain amylum Co. Ltd was studied in this paper. Analyzing the reasons leading to the acidification of the IC reactor and studied the remedy methods. Results indicated that after the reactor acidification happened, it behaved as COD removal ability failure, the pH dropped, VFA increased,the gas production rate reduced. Displacing the acidified fermenting liquor with stored effluent from methenogenic-phase reactor could solve the problem effectively.
