| 摘 要： | 从DH激光器的激射延迟时间与注入脉冲电流的关系,可得到的激光器的载流子寿命。本文从实验数据出发,在数学上采用最优化法中的单纯形法,对实验数据进行拟合处理,从中求得DH激光器的载流子寿命,修正了理论公式,并对修正后的结果进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The carriers lifetime in DH laser is obtainted by relation between the lasing delay time and inject pulse current. In this paper the experimental data are processed with simple method, the theortical formula is corrented and the result is discussed. |
