摘    要:组织中的心理契约是近20年来人力资源管理领域中的研究热点。心理契约的概念从强调内容和形式发展到了强调动态发展过程。目前有关心理契约的研究主要从心理契约的内容、动态发展过程和执行这三个层面进行。国内外在心理契约三个层面上的主要进展情况,展望未来的研究趋势。

Research and Comment on the Three Levels of Psychological Contract

Abstract:The Psychological Contract in organization becomes the research focus in the field of human resource management during the recent 20 years.The Concentration on the concept of Psychological Contract developed gradually from the content and form to the dynamic development process.At present,the research on Psychological Contract mainly commence from the three levels of content,dynamic development and execution.It mainly introduce and comment the progress in above three levels of psychological contract home and abroad,as well as look forward to the future research trend.
