| Abstract: | With the models of finitely dimensional small fluctuations,this paper investi-gates the one-loop contribution of electromagnetism of the spatially homongeneous minisu-perspace models of Bianchi types I,and finds the wave function of the Universe adopting theHartle-Hawking proposal. |
